Annabelle Gurwitch is an American actress and writer, who wrote one episode of ThunderCats.
Born in Mobile, Alabama, Gurwitch grew up in Florida where she attended Miami Beach High School. She took acting classes with famed South Florida drama teacher Jay W. Jensen at her high school before graduating from there in 1980.
After high school, Gurwitch attended The Experimental Theatre Wing at New York University. She then began appearing in various theater plays and Off-Broadway shows. She went on to host a few TV shows before acting in a number of television programs, including Dexter, The Minor Accomplishments of Jackie Woodman, Seinfeld and Boston Legal.
Presently she writes books as well as participating actively in environmental and wildlife conservation.
