The Artificial Sun is a massive satellite dish-shaped device that acts as a sun for the various planets and satellites located in the Galaxy of Limbo.
This enormous piece of machinery is capable of generating a huge amount of both heat and light, thus performing the functions of a normal sun. It is operated by Professor Power, the light bulb-headed scientist who resides in the Artificial Sun's control room. The sun requires to be fueled regularly in order to continue operating smoothly. Usually, space tankers fly the fuel to the sun and refuel it.
Because of the Artificial Sun's ability to generate enormous power, it is one of the prime targets of Mon*Star and his Mob.
