Automata is an artificial half-planet that is made entirely of metal. It is locate in the Galaxy of Limbo. No organic living things live on the planet. It is populate entirely by machines. The planet itself is controlled by a sentient supercomputer known as Monotone.
Automata has a Crystal Mine which is a rich source of Power Crystals. These glowing gems power pretty much everything in the Galaxy of Limbo. Because they are such a valuable commodity, the underground Crystal Mine is heavily guarded by Auto Defense Rockets which activate by themselves the moment they sense any trespassers. The machines on Automata are also very quick and efficient and can make massive repairs in relatively short periods of time.
