Berbil Bill is the leader of the Berbils in the ThunderCats Roar cartoon series. Amiable and eager to help, Berbil Bill quickly befriends the ThunderCats when they arrive on Third Earth. Using Tygra's blueprints, he and the other Berbils construct the Cats Lair for the feline heroes.
