Chilla is one of the members of the evil Lunataks of the Moons of Plun-Darr. This frigid femme fatale with a paradoxically fiery temperament has total control over ice and cold. her abilities are due to the fact that she hails from the second Moon of Plun-Darr which is characterized by sub-zero temperatures.

This female Lunatak is headstrong and not easy to command, as Luna knows very well. Like the other Lunataks, Chilla would not hesitate to overthrow Luna and take control of the Lunataks if she ever got the chance.

Strengths

Not only is Chilla fearless, she is also very intelligent and calculating. She does not shy away from any challenge as she is supremely confident in her abilities and powers.

Being of a slender build, Chilla is quick on her feet and very agile, unlike her bulky teammates Red Eye and Amok

Weaknesses

Since Chilla's strength is her command over ice and everything cold, she is easily susceptible to heat. Chilla can also only produce her icy breath for a short period of time, as shown in Sideswipe where Mandora was able to counter Chilla's icy breath with a long blast of fire.

Chilla was also shown in Exile Isle to be vulnerable to Rock Salt. Since salt melts ice, when Lion-O sprinkles Chilla with some Rock Salt, she starts melting.

Weapons and Equipment

Chilla does not wield any external weapon. Her only weapons are those that she produces her self, these include her icy cold breath which can freeze anything in seconds, and her fiery heat beams that she can shoot from her eyes and hands.

Chilla also pilots the Ice Runner a fast flying vehicle that can even make space travel.
