The Dog Constable is one of the main law enforcers in the City of Dogs and is entrusted with upholding the law as well as arresting criminals.
Stern and hard as nails, this canine is every criminal's nightmare. He patrols his city vigilantly and arrests anyone caught breaking the law, putting them in the cells of the Pit. He has a particular dislike for the pickpocket Tookit whom he has tried unsuccessfully to apprehend on numerous occasions.
Wanting WilyKit and WilyKat to join his gang of thieves, Tookit tricks them into getting arrested by the Dog Constable by gifting them stolen jewellery and then sending Albo, Jenyo, and Gusto to break them out of prison.
When the Wily twins learn of Tookit's real intentions, they collaborate with the other three of Tookit's recruits and trick Tookit into confessing his crimes in front of the Dog Constable. They also replace his Forever Bag with a fake one, foiling his escape. The Dog Constable then promptly arrests Tookit and locks him in a cell.

The Dog Constable is a strong and muscular officer. His strength and size are useful in nabbing criminals and dragging them to their cells.
Weaknesses[]
Due to his large frame and strong build, the Dog Constable is a little slow on his feet and thus can be outrun by agile and fast perpetrators.

The Constable carries with him a Spiked Mace as a criminal deterrent.
