The Great Oceanic Plug is a giant mechanical structure constructed on top of a giant fissure on the ocean floor of Third Earth. The plug was constructed by some of Third Earth's finest scientists and engineers in order to prevent the oceans of Third Earth emptying into the core of the planet. Dr. Dometone has been appointed the director and principal guardian of the plug.
