Horus is the right-hand bird of Vultaire and the second-in-command prefect of the floating city of Avista.
An anthromorphic pigeon, Horus never speaks, only occasionally makes a "coo" sound. Dressing elegantly in robes, Horus always accompanies Vultaire and follows his orders. Later on when Vultaire switches loyalties and allies with Mumm-Ra. Horus fights with his fellow birds to defend Avista.
