Maftet's Temple is the home of Maftet the lynx-god of Third Earth. The temple itself is a large chamber which is located underground. It is directly below some ancient ruins and very close to Mumm-Ra's Black Pyramid. One of its entrances leads to the River of Doom which runs all the way to just beneath Mumm-Ra's Tomb Chamber.
The chamber is filled with all kinds of valuable treasures, gold, and jewelry. Maftet lives there alone to guard the treasure. However, years of not being worshiped has left him very frail and weak.
