Mandora (a.k.a The Evil-Chaser) is a cop who patrols space, apprehending criminals and doing her best to keep them that way. Once in custody, those found guilty of their crimes are sent to The Great Penal Planet. The upper half of her face is never seen during the course of the series. It is covered by a visor that may house a heads-up display and visual enhancement technology.
She becomes the ThunderCats ' ally after Lion-O helps her to recapture three escaped criminals that he accidentally set free. Since then, she and the Thundercats regularly come to each others aid.
Before moving to New Thundera for good, Lion-O appoints Mandora to be one of the member of the League of Third Earth, a group of ThunderCats' allies formed to safeguard Third Earth and its inhabitants in the absence of the ThunderCats.
