The Scythe is Mongor's weapon of choice. This giant sickle is an extremely powerful weapon. Black in color with a shiny metallic blade, the Scythe is capable of shooting bolts of energy, creating fire and absorbing any kind of energy blast. Mongor uses it effectively as both an offensive and defensive weapon. As Mongor grows in size, so does his Scythe It could be a reference to the Grimm reaper's scythe
With the help of his Scythe and his own magical powers, Mongor was able to successfully defeat and capture Tygra, Cheetara, and Panthro. Only Lion-O with help from the ThunderKittens was able to vanquish the demon-goat villain.
