Mr. Grubber is an old and villainous Thunderian man. He serves as book-keeper and tax collector for the nefarious Baron Tass. He helps the baron in making shady deals to employ Thunderians and then tricks them into remaining in his debts forever. He is always by his master's side.
Mr. Grubber always carries his accounts book with him. It contains the records of all the employees that Baron Tass has tricked into working for him, as well as records of how much debt they still owe him.
