Mumm-Ra is the main antagonist in the ThunderCats Roar cartoon series. He is the self-proclaimed supreme leader of Third Earth.
Evil to the core, Mumm-Ra wants nothing more than to terrorize Third Earth and its inhabitants. Having lived for centuries, in his normal form, Mumm-Ra has the appearance of a decrepit mummy wearing a red cloak. However, thanks to his magical abilities, Mumm-Ra can transform himself into his powerful "ever-living" form.

Mumm-Ra's main weapon is his Doom Staff, which grants him incredible magical powers as well as striking with lightning whoever says his name.
