The Oasis was the watery paradise home of the Fishmen that is located in the middle of the Sand Sea. They lived there happily until one day the Ramlak drank all the water of the Oasis, leaving it dry and barren. It also devoured the left leg of Captain Koinelius Tunar.
In order to get their home back, the Fishmen, led by Koinelius Tunar sailed the Sand Sea to search for the Ramlak. They encountered the beast many times but every time failed to kill it. Eventually it was the ThunderCats, whom the Fishmen had captured, who helped to defeat the Ramlak. Lion-O ripped open the beast, releasing all the water of the Oasis and restoring the Fishmen’s home.
