Rat's Eyes are two sais (daggers) with an eye shape in the middle and are used by Ratar-O. The sais are extremely powerful and apart from shooting energy beams and deflecting enemy fire, they possess the ability to telekinetically grab and elevate any opponent. Such great is the power of these blades that not only the ThunderCats but even the Mutants fear them.
