Ro-Bear Bob is a member of the robotic teddy bear race known as the Berbils who are led by Ro-Bear Bill.
This cute, blue-furred robotic bear is a very kind and helpful creature. He lives happily in the Berbil Village along with the other Berbils.
When the ThunderTank broke down near the Berbil Village and the ThunderCats were left to get drenched in the rain, the Berbils helped them by building a temporary rain shelter for them as well as repairing the ThunderTank. The Berbils and the ThunderCats became good friends and Ro-Bear Bill even gave the Cats a tour of their village.
At that moment, the Conquedor raided the Berbil Village and took many Berbils including Ro-Bear Bella and Ro-Bear Beebo to sell as slaves at the Slave Market. The attack severely damaged Ro-Bear Bill but Panthro was able to repair him and the other ThunderCats succeeded in rescuing the kidnapped Berbils from the Slave Market.
Later when the Conquedor and his army of Giantors and Trollogs tried to attack the Berbil Village again, the Berbils and the ThunderCats retaliated using a variety of traps and weapons that they built together, sending the invading villains fleeing in retreat.
Ro-Bear Bob and the other Berbils came to the ThunderCats aid when Panthro lost his arms. They built him new mechanical arms. Later they also came to Avista to help the ThunderCats defeat Mumm-Ra and his evil forces.
