Rockmen are one of the many strange and dangerous beings of Third Earth. They have a humanoid appearance but are made up entirely of rock. They lack intelligence or the ability to speak. They are very strong however and fiercely territorial. They do not tolerate any trespassers in their territory and will pelt anybody who dares enter with a shower of giant rocks.
The ThunderCats encountered the Rockmen twice. First when they had to take a detour through the Rockmen's territory as they were rushing back to the Cats Lair in the ThunderTank with the Sponge Fog. The second time Cheetara had to contend with some Rockmen while she was fighting the Driller in Mechanical Plague.
