Scooper is a robotic dog that was invented by the Berbils. He was given as a gift to WilyKit and WilyKat on their birthday by the Berbils.
Like any dog Scooper has a heightened sense of smell and is good at detecting and finding things. He also has a built in rotor on his head which spins like a helicopter, allowing him to fly. While he cannot speak, he can communicate via a television screen in his back which can be triggered by twisting his nose.
Scooper was the one who notified the ThunderCats when the ThunderKittens had been abducted by the Lunataks. He was also the one who helped Lion-O and Cheetara find the Double Headed Dragon of Doom during an excavation on New Thundera.
