Sky-Runner is a giant space squid that is also Mon*Star's main mode of transportation. Orange in color with five huge tentacles and a massive tail, Sky-Runner is an intimidating creature. Mon*Star usually rides Sky-Runner into battle against the SilverHawks.
Using his Light Star energy burst, Mon*Star has fitted Sky-Runner with a red-colored, exterior mechanical body that protects it, enables it to fly faster, and even provides it with weapons such as missiles.
During the time that Mon*Star was imprisoned on Penal Planet 10, Sky-Runner wandered about aimlessly in space, forgetting all about its master. The giant cephalopod even went as far as attacking Mon*Star when he encountered it after escaping from prison. However, one quick Light Star shot from Mon*Star was enough to restore Sky-Runner's memory as well as equip it.
