Tally-Hawk is the companion and weapons bird of Quicksilver. Just like the SilverHawks, Tally-Hawk is also partly metal, partly real. It is most likely that he too was given cybernetic enhancements by Professor Ghemakain on Earth.
Tally-Hawk is a spy satellite, scout and interceptor. He is usually sent out first to do recon on the villains, record their activities and then replay them via his projector eyes. His mechanical modifications allow him to fly easily and swiftly in the vast emptiness of space. He is controlled by a wrist panel that his human operator wears.
He also has the ability to shoot laser beams from his eyes. His metallic beak can rip open even tough metal. In a fight, Tally-Hawk is not scared to even tackle a beast like Sky-Runner, a monster much larger than himself.
Tally-Hawk initially belonged to Stargazer. But after the formation of the SilverHawks, the commander gave him to Quicksilver and the semi-mechanical hawk has been with him since.
